The Crux

The place­bo is the easy place to go into the crux of physics/meta­physics in med­i­cine, as they rec­og­nize it but don't give it any telos. It's thus a per­fect start­ing point for the Arith­moi math­e­mat­ics, as we can now go to the crux of the matter.
