If re­al­i­ty is on­to­log­i­cal and epis­te­mo­log­i­cal, it can be known by reason, and this knowl­edge would give power in the phys­i­cal realm. What Arith­moi posits, is that yes, re­al­i­ty is nec­es­sary and suf­fi­cient at its core, as it is the only way to ever be, and we can ex­plain all phe­nom­e­no­log­i­cal events with our Arith­moi math­e­mat­i­cal method.

We say mind over body, and we say "un esprit sain dans un corps sain". But as we've seen here, the mind per­me­ates space­time and thus it is in fact that the body is within the mind, so it would be "un corps sain dans un esprit sain". Per­haps this simple change of per­spec­tive is alone suf­fi­cient to allow a living and active mind to unlock the secret of the place­bo effect, at will, with intent, con­scious­ly, living and evolv­ing. It would thus be in fact: "A healthy mind per­me­ates a healthy body." Or in a sim­pler, and more direct way:

"A healthy body in a healthy mind."
